May/June 2011 - Hotel Direct Reviews Glen and the crew took great care of me even with the fires nearby and being booked. They made me feel humble and at home. Wonderful breakfast! The photos online were a true likeness of the hotel, clean and convenient. Will come back! Very friendly staff. Absolutely wonderful staff! We had a great time. Housekeeping is consistantly oustanding, taking housekeeping to highest standards. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very accomodating since I had arrived so late due to flight delays. They also met my medical needs after my reservation came in as a smoking room and were able to change it to nonsmoking. Very helpful staff. Nice rooms, comfortable. Close to all local attractions. The breakfast is very high quality and very friendly atmosphere. The hot breakfast was a plus!! I thought the room was clean and attractive. Everything was well kept & the staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay. January I was in Sierra Vista for six nights. I planned on staying the entire time @ (another local hotel) just up the road. After three nights, I came here! I'm glad I made the change. My stay here has been great! Thanks!! Excellent hotel. When we come back to Sierra Vista we will definitely stay here
